OUR MOTIVATION
At Mark Thompson Acupuncture, we love what we do. This passion leads us to devote significant resources, time, and effort to each treatment in the health care of our patients. In turn, this empowers our patients to pursue the things that they love to do.

THE ACUPUNCTURIST'S ACUPUNCTURIST
Many who seek our services are themselves acupuncturists and other health care practitioners. Our skill in a variety of acupuncture styles and techniques, and the comprehensive nature of our treatments make us a top choice for people in the healing professions.

ACUPUNCTURE PLUS
At Mark Thompson Acupuncture, we bring all of our experience in various other modalities to the treatment table. A session with us may include a Chinese herbal consultation, physical therapy, tui na, and/or reiki when appropriate: we incorporate many different tools to optimize healing. This distinctive approach has supported lasting relationships with our patients. Our skills enable us to deal effectively with a broad constellation of conditions, rendering us a great resource for our patients as partners in health over the long term.

DEDICATED TREATMENT
Unlike the typical acupuncture session, a treatment with us usually entails a complete front, back, and sometimes side-lying treatment that spans roughly an hour and a half. This focused, dedicated approach is one of the reasons why we get great results. In China, patients are usually treated with short acupuncture sessions several times per week; we make up for the frequency of treatment by ensuring that each session is thorough.

OTHER BENEFITS
Our patients invariably find that our approach to healthcare addresses not only the concerns that initially brought them to our office but improves their quality of life in other areas as well. Many report sleeping better, improved digestive function, easier menstrual cycles, stabilized mood, a more balanced response to stress, elevated energy, and greater consciousness as the added benefits of their treatment at Mark Thompson Acupuncture.
